- If you hear just AUDIO and NOT VIDEO (or extremely blurry video), it is likely due to your internet connection speed not being fast enough. or erratic (satellite links, wireless air-cards, dial-up). We are intentionally giving priority to the AUDIO stream overriding VIDEO performance on slow-link or high-latency internet connections. Your media player also has OPTIONS to determine your internet speed. AUTO should work in most cases, but you may need to tweak this setting depending on your internet connection.

- Only the newest versions of Windows Internet Explorer and Windows Media Player are tested and monitored with the webcast service. We cannot support nor respond to other internet browser (Netscape, AOL, Firefox, etc.) or other "player" types, versions issues.

- There may or may not be AUDIO until services actually begin.
- If you see vertical colored bars it is because the camera in the sound booth has yet to be turned on and because services have probably NOT yet started. These color bars are intentional and to be expected before services begin. There may or may not be audio included.

- We are streaming several quality levels (high, medium, low). If the picture is really blurry it may be because the picture has been resized too large and/or your internet connection speed is on the lower speed side and you are receiving the lower quality feed. There are several options in media player to tweak the quality settings as well. But you may simply be limited by your internet connection.
